Outlook Bridge

The Outlook Bridge is an add-on which enables you to integrate Outlook with Revelation helpdesk.

It is designed to enable you to log a new ticket or add actions to an existing ticket from your inbox. The Outlook Bridge is not designed to replace the Revelation interface, as it is not a fully functional product in its own right.

 

There are currently two versions available:

 

Outlook Bridge V2.0 works with:

• Outlook 2013 and above for Windows
• Outlook 2016 for the Mac
• Office 365
• Revelation helpdesk 2016 and above

Outlook Bridge Classic works with:

• Outlook 2010 and earlier
• Revelation helpdesk 2015 and earlier
